Pai

Pai is on my hit list of places to visit and here is some of my initial research on it

Pai is approximately 130 km north of Chiang Mai in Mae Hong Son Province and it takes at around 3 to 4 hours to get there, buses leave Chiang Mai's Arcade Bus Station several times a day

Pai Chan Cottage & Cuisine

Cost: Double Bungalow rooms cost between B450 to B1200 depending on the season.
Pai Chan has a swimming pool and over looks rice paddys and it looks like a pretty cool place to hang out.
